Website Development Case Study: Al Rais Holidays

Objective:

Create a website that makes planning trips a breeze, with every aspect from flight bookings to comprehensive holiday packages. The site had to provide users with a platform for a more seamless digital experience. We wanted to improve the overall navigation experience throughout the website, to enable easier browsing and create a more frictionless experience.

Challenge:

Holiday websites have a variety of travel destination options, but with so many choices it can all get a bit confusing.It can also be intimidating for travellers who plan on visiting a new city, without a guide or clear itinerary. The brand had a strong showcase of services, we had to ensure that the users would be guided to the information they needed quickly, to encourage conversions.

The website gets visits from multiple varied audiences, we had to ensure that the user experience was well defined for every audience archetype.

Execution:

The idea was to provide more than just a booking site, we wanted to offer the ultimate holiday planning guide. One that helps users travel to various destinations with ease, minus the hesitation and stress. We used their palette of brand identifying colours combined with neat typography to design a website that is clean and intuitive.

After careful planning and consideration, we produced the perfect web solution. A website backed by a seamless booking engine and all the services required to plan the ideal holiday.
